JANE (Film tip)

Film tip: JANE (2017) is definitely worth your time to see.

JANE is an incredibly beautiful and deeply romantic film about the early years of Jane Goodall; the very first researcher into monkey behavior in the wild (in Tanzania). Beautifully captured in warm and tender images by her great love, the Dutch nature film maker Hugo van Lawick. But also her intense love for her chimpanzees and her work.

Book tip: Me… JANE
Marjolijn and Marloes have enormous admiration for Jane Goodall. They have read the book “Me … JANE” to their kids so many times. A wonderful story for young children about the life of Jane Goodall. Jane grows up with her chimpanzee doll Jubilee and dreams of a life in which she can help animals. One day, Jane finds out that her dream has come true. A beautiful story with the message that you have to take good care of nature.
