Green Camp South from Explore Tanzania is located in the Kusini area, sits on the edge of a beautiful mature acacia forest and overlooks the open plains of the southern Serengeti.

The camp is open from December to March when the millions of wildebeests are expected to be in this area.

A great location in the route of the migrating animals.

The property

Surrounded by nature in the south of the Serengeti, the stylish Green Camp South offers a true safari experience. The camp consists of ten comfortable open glamping tents, with a 180 degrees view. The tents and the entire contents are entirely designed and made in Tanzania.

All meals are prepared by the chef at the camp. The three courses are served at the table or are sometimes as a buffet.
You can decide to eat together or in your own group.

Each tent at Green Camp South is over four meters in diameter and has a made double bed, chairs and an adjoining open bathroom with a hot safari shower. There are also three person tents.
