The Twiga Lodge is a homely lodge, in a beautiful garden with large trees, just outside Arusha National Park.

The restaurant serves delicious homemade fresh food.
At the many lounge areas in the house you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mount Meru.

The lodge – ‘Twiga’ means giraffe in Swahili – exudes love and passion from the owners Paul and Erika for the lodge and the land.

The property

Twiga Lodge is built in a traditional African style, with whitewashed walls, high beams and a thatched roof.

The lodge is in a beautiful garden with large fruit trees, which attract lots of monkeys and birds, and has breathtaking views of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

Twiga lodge has four bedrooms in the main building. All rooms are very comfortable and romantically decorated. Upstairs are two rooms that are ideal for families with children. These are split level rooms with two sleeping areas and a bathroom.
