On the ground floor and first floor of villa 1 and the ground floor of villa 2 there are also common areas such as living room, dining room and veranda/terrace. The villas together consist of 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and 2 family rooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 additional rooms.

From € 55 to € 90 pppn (lodging & breakfast).

Please note that the final price for the accommodation depends on the season and currency fluctuations. And does not include additional costs such as transport, entrance fees to the parks, etc.

Villa Juliana can is a 100% eco-friendly home, with zero energy impact on the planet.

• At Villa Juliana, all electricity and hot water is generated by solar energy, using 12 solar panels. (There is a backup system for cloudy and colder days).
• Due to the special construction, the villas are well ventilated and cool.
• The walls are made of 50cm thick coral stone.
• The roof is made of natural palm leaves, ‘fagio’ brooms
• The furniture is made from recycled old local sailing boats, the Dhows.
